CCS was tasked with designing and installing a Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) system for a large student accommodation complex in Norwich. The project aimed to provide efficient heating and cooling to multiple student halls while ensuring energy savings and comfort for the residents.
The VRF system was chosen for its flexibility, allowing individual temperature control in each room and reducing energy consumption by adapting to the specific needs of the space. This system not only delivers optimal climate control but also operates quietly, making it ideal for residential environments like student accommodation.
CCS managed the project from design to installation, ensuring minimal disruption to the building’s operations. The system’s energy efficiency and flexibility have resulted in lower operational costs and enhanced comfort for students. This project highlights CCS’s capability to deliver tailored HVAC solutions for large-scale residential developments, ensuring comfort, efficiency, and long-term sustainability
